Comments
When visitors leave comments on our site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to assist with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check for existing accounts. Gravatar’s Privacy Policy is available for review. After your comment is approved, your profile picture will be visible publicly.
Media
If you upload images to the website, please avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can extract location data from images on our site.
Cookies
If you leave a comment, you may opt to save your name, email address, and website in cookies for convenience. These cookies last for one year. A temporary cookie will also be set when you visit our login page to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded upon closing your browser.

Data Retention
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely to recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically. For registered users, personal information provided in user profiles is stored and can be edited or deleted by users at any time (username changes are not allowed). Website administrators also have access to this information.
